Job Description:

An established and growing UK-based engineering manufacturer is hiring for 4 new positions within its production team. The company specialises in the manufacture of complex composite structures for safety-critical applications and is looking for candidates to join in one of several specialist teams including Paint Spraying, Laminating (Pre-preg, Infusion, Winding), or Assembly & Trimdepending on experience and best fit.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business operating at the forefront of its sector, with full training provided for those looking to build a career in composites.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow detailed work instructions and technical drawings to complete tasks accurately
  • Prepare, laminate, paint, or assemble composite components depending on role
  • Maintain high quality and safety standards across all workstations
  • Use hand tools and equipment effectively and responsibly
  • Complete required documentation correctly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and adapt to workflow changes
  • Suggest and support continuous improvement activities
What Were Looking For:
  • Background in a production, mechanical, or assembly environment
  • Comfortable working from technical drawings and using hand tools
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
  • Ideally some exposure to composite materials (but not essential)
  • Proactive, reliable, and a team-oriented mindset
