Job description

A well-established Scottish Law firm is currently presenting an exciting opportunity for an accomplished senior associate with expertise in real estate. You will join a dynamic team dedicated to renewable energy transactions based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

The role entails contributing to a variety of projects including wind (offshore and onshore), hydro, solar, hydrogen, and more. The candidate will actively participate in diverse initiatives, such as the UK's inaugural vertical space launch and a substantial onshore wind farm in Yell, Shetland.

Core tasks involve advising on property aspects of renewables developments, engaging with innovative technologies, and contributing to large-scale, high-value projects. To include, advising on buying and selling renewable developments at various stages, as well as dealing with both rural and commercial development on rural land.
