Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a long-established Dumbarton mill. You will join a close-knit engineering team, carrying out a mix of planned and reactive maintenance to keep heavy production machinery running smoothly.

This role suits an apprenticeship-trained engineer with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Commutable to Dumbarton and offers in-house training plus overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining heavy industrial machinery.
• Apprenticeship-trained or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Able to work commutable to Dumbarton.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance on heavy production machinery.
• Maintain conveyors, gearboxes, motors, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ensure safe working practices and minimise downtime.
