MiChild Group is seeking an Early Years Educator for Moorevilla Nursery in Blackpool. The role offers a 4-day week (Mon-Thu) with shifts across early, middle, and late periods in a caring, Ofsted-rated environment.

The successful candidate will have a UK Level 3 EY qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, safeguarding training, and a passion for inclusive learning. Role includes DBS, Right to Work checks, and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised).
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development.
• Robust safeguarding knowledge and awareness.
• Passionate about inclusive learning for all and able to commit to a 4 days a week, Monday to Thursday.
