Our client, a global leader in technology, life sciences, and healthcare law, is seeking a Corporate Technology Associate to join their London M&A team. This role involves high-impact, cross-border deals in sectors like cryptocurrency, Web3 and cleantech. Position Overview

As a Corporate Technology Associate, you will play a key role in advising investors, companies, and management teams on venture capital, M&A and private equity transactions across global tech hubs. You will guide clients through all stages of their lifecycle, from early-stage to liquidity, working with high-profile investors and prominent investee companies worldwide.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Advise investors, companies, and management teams on venture capital investments, M&A transactions and private equity transactions
  2. Guide clients through all stages of their lifecycle, from seed capital to exits such as IPOs, trade sales, and mergers
  3. Assist with start-up advice, incentivisation, employee benefits and tax structuring
  4. Contribute to cross-border M&A and joint venture work
  5. Support the formation of VC funds, particularly cross-border structuring for new funds and investment vehicles
Your Profile
  1. 4-6 PQE from a top-tier UK or international corporate practice
  2. Excellent academic background
  3. Experience with exits, including IPOs, trade sales and mergers
  4. Knowledge of incentivisation, employee benefits and tax structuring
  5. Exposure to start-up advice and VC fund formation
  6. Strong cross-border M&A and joint venture experience
