Job summary

Clearfield Recruitment Limited is seeking 3 x Semi-Skilled Labourers for a large-scale industrial project in Southampton, commencing tomorrow, 22/09/2026. You will support general labouring, tool assistance, site upkeep, and materials movement on a busy site.

Applicants should hold a valid CSCS card, have prior experience on major construction sites, be reliable and ready to start immediately, and bring own PPE including steel toe-cap boots, high-visibility jacket, and a hard hat.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card required.
• Experience on large industrial or commercial construction sites desired.
• Reliability, punctuality and immediate availability.

Responsibilities

• General Labouring: Safe movement and distribution of materials on site.
• Tool Support: Assisting trades on tools as needed.
• Station Support: Helping out on various operational work stations to keep the project moving.
• Site Maintenance: Installing and maintaining safety tape and housekeeping to stay compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• General Labouring: Safe movement and distribution of construction and industrial materials across the site.
• Tool Support: Assisting trades on tools as and when required.
• Station Support: Helping out on various operational work stations to keep the project moving smoothly.
• Site Maintenance: Installing and maintaining 5S floor safety tape and general housekeeping duties to keep the site compliant.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS card (essential).
• Previous experience working on large industrial or commercial construction sites.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to start immediately (tomorrow).
• Own PPE (steel toe-cap boots, high-vis jacket, hard hat)
