These are new roles as part of a wider campaign across Group Procurement.

Are you experienced in Property Services/FM, HR Services, consultancy, professional services, BPO, or outsourcing? There are 3, possibly 4, roles across these areas.

All roles require end-to-end sourcing, category management, and SRM.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building multi-year sourcing and category strategies using market data and industry trends, understanding costs, opportunities, risks, and innovation.
  • Leading and executing complex strategic sourcing activities.
  • Driving cost and business benefits to meet procurement and business targets.
  • Adapting business strategy into tangible sourcing and category plans.
  • Identifying benefits through contract lifecycle management.
  • Developing strategic supplier relationships for market-leading commercial models and innovation.
  • Maintaining senior stakeholder relationships to influence business decisions.
  • Contributing to the evolution of the Group SRM model.
  • Coaching the business through the sourcing process.
  • Using fact-based decision-making and storytelling to communicate options to senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding the Financial Services regulatory framework.
  • Planning transactional procurement activities to meet targets.
  • Contributing to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
