3t is currently looking to recruit a 3t Managed Services Manager – Improvements and Onboarding on a permanent contract located in Aberdeen, Montrose or Newcastle, UK.

The Role

The 3t MS Manager of Improvements and Onboarding role is responsible for successful deliver of process improvements within the MS operations and onboarding new contracts. The role interacts with the full journey of MS operations with a view to improvements in overall process, onboarding and MS operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with MS operations teams to develop and delivery process improvements
  • Support delivery on customer and internal KPI’s for MS
  • Focus on system efficiently and continues improvement
  • Overall responsible to manage the introduction and onboarding of new clients
  • Structure plans to improve cost efficiencies to reduce admin in TMS processes
  • Interface with 3t and external stakeholders to delivery system improvements on time
  • Manage overall roadmap for improvements within the MS team
  • Support the team to deliver excellent comms to the clients through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews
  • Internal liaison with departments to ensure and implement process improvements
  • Lead on process mapping and lean methodology of MS process, i.e., value stream mapping
  • Responsible for the continuous development and implementation of supplier portal with vendor stakeholder engagement
  • SME on change and process improvement cycle
