Job Title: CNC Manufacturing Technician
Location: Portsmouth, NH 02801
Shift: Sun-Thurs (10:00pm – 6:30am)

• Open to candidates with manufacturing experience; CNC not required. Training provided as the equipment is automated.
• This technician operates the Haas EC 400 CNC machine, which is pre-programmed and run by software to produce aluminum frames for our LED displays.
• Loading and unloading aluminum frames into the machine. Light assembly using screwdrivers.

Job Summary:

The CNC Manufacturing Technician is responsible for operating automated CNC equipment to produce aluminum frames, ensuring quality and error-free products.

Responsibilities:

• Proper startup and shutdown of CNC equipment
• Loading and unloading parts efficiently
• Monitoring machine performance, troubleshooting, and escalating issues
• Manual deburring and assembly of aluminum frames with fixtures and screw guns
• Performing preventive maintenance
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following safety protocols and reporting concerns
• Following instructions and providing feedback for process improvement
• Performing additional duties as assigned
