Qualifications

• Experience maintaining lifesaving equipment and firefighting appliances.
• Ability to keep a safe navigational watch and take charge of a mooring party.
• Willingness to understudy the Master and take on training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lifesaving and firefighting equipment in readiness as per SOLAS.
• Report deficiencies in lifesaving equipment to the Chief Officer.
• Understudy the Second Officer and Master as opportunities arise.
