Job description

Our client, an established IT Managed Services Provider based near Marlow, is expanding and looking to recruit a proven 3rd Line Support Technician for their expanding team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle and resolve IT issues for external customers across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, SharePoint, Teams & more
  • Build and implement technical solutions for new and existing customers
  • Be the escalation point when required
  • Onboard new clients
  • Work across cloud and on-site setups - from Azure Virtual Desktop to RDS
  • Act as the link between the support desk and the customer

You'll Need To Be Technically Proficient In:

  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Intune, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and user management
  • Firewalls, networking, IP telephony (Gamma Horizon or similar would be advantageous)
  • Basic PowerShell scripting (advantageous)
  • Remote Desktop, RDS / Terminal Services
  • Apple Mac OS (nice to have)
  • Microsoft Azure (Preferred)

We're Looking For Someone With:

  • Experience working in an MSP (Managed Service Provider)
  • Confidence in supporting, configuring, and deploying Microsoft 365 services
  • Familiarity with onboarding new customers, setting up Group Policies & Tenancies, etc
  • Solid leadership instincts - or wants to grow into a management role
  • Great customer service skills, engages well with clients, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys solving problems
  • Hunger to keep learning and develop their skillset even further
