3rd Line Support / project Engineer (Azure, 365, Networking, Cyber) - £40,000 - £55,000 – hybrid

You’ll be working with an exceptional, fast growing Managed Service Provider working alongside their support team as a final point of technical escalation. This role will involve BAU, projects, and there is so much room for progression. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Technologies: experience with Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cyber
  • Resolving Incidents: Resolved technical problems passed on from 2nd line.
  • Project Roll outs: for example, entire 365 roll-outs
  • Keep Systems Running Smoothly: Do regular updates, fix network problems, and apply patches.
  • Help Users: Support staff with any problems using their hardware, software, or internet.
  • Work with the Team: Support the wider 3rd line support team and help with bigger technical problems or projects.
  • Documentation: Log issues, how they were fixed, and any system changes.
