Primary Responsibilities:

  • Technologies: Experience with Microsoft: Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID
  • Resolving Incidents: Resolve highly technical final-escalation problems
  • Project: Manage Microsoft-based projects from start to finish
  • Keep Systems Running Smoothly: Perform regular updates, troubleshoot network issues, and apply patches
  • Help Users: Support staff with hardware, software, or internet problems
  • Work with the Team: Support the wider 3rd line support team with complex technical issues or projects
  • Documentation: Log issues, solutions, and system changes
