What You'll Be Doing:

• Acting as a senior technical escalation point for 2nd and 1st line support
• Delivering and supporting infrastructure projects across on-prem and cloud environments
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues across servers, networks, and security platforms
• Working across a broad tech stack with exposure to the latest tools and technologies
• Helping to shape and improve internal processes and mentoring junior team members

What They're Looking For:

• Solid experience in a 3rd Line Support or Infrastructure role
• Strong Microsoft stack knowledge (Windows Server, AD, O365, Exchange, etc.)
• Exposure to virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), networking, and firewalls
• Good understanding of security best practices
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills
• Someone who enjoys a role with technical variety and ownership
