Job Title: 3rd Line Support Engineer (MSP)

- Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP45,000 Depending on Experience
Our IT support team are a dynamic and growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting a wide range of clients across multiple industries, including private & public sector. Their focus is delivering reliable, secure, and scalable IT solutions, with a strong emphasis on proactive support and long-term client relationships.
Our IT support team are looking for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer who thrives on solving challenging problems and enjoys working directly with end users as well as managing back-end systems. If you're confident across Windows environments, cloud platforms, and networking, this role offers variety, responsibility, and room to grow.
The Role:
As a 3rd Line Support Engineer, you ll be a key escalation point for their support team and a trusted technical advisor for their clients. You ll provide hands-on support and troubleshooting while also engaging directly with end users, both remotely and on-site, to resolve complex issues and deliver projects.
You ll need solid experience in Windows Server environments (including Hyper-V), networking, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll often be the face of their technical team when speaking with clients and users.
