We are working with a well-established IT company in the Brighton area who are looking to appoint an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to oversee their team.

As a 3rd Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of desktop support engineers, analyzing and resolving in-depth issues that arise. You will need to have advanced knowledge of all computer systems.

You should have previous experience working for an MSP company offering 3rd Line Support.

  • Previous experience with project setups and management will be an advantage.
  • You will possess excellent customer service skills and have a friendly but professional approach.
  • You will be able to manage your workload efficiently, as you will be supporting and advising colleagues with complex/escalated concerns.
  • You should have a passion for the industry and ensure you keep up to date with all legislations and system updates.
