Overview

This role involves providing high-level technical support as a 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer (MSP) in Borehamwood. Responsibilities include maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing IT infrastructure, cloud, hardware, software, and networking systems for clients.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Virtualisation, Backup, Networking, Cloud tech (Azure/AWS), Active Directory, Remote Desktop, and Terminal Services
  • Experience with Windows Server 2012+ and Windows 10
  • PowerShell and scripting skills are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in MSP environment preferred
  • Relevant IT certifications preferred
