Responsibilities:

• Provide 3rd line network security support, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
• Work with Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, or Checkpoint (strong expertise in at least one required)
• Operate in a highly secure environment (SC Clearable candidates preferred)
• Follow a DuPont shift pattern, ensuring 24/7 coverage of network security operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security implementations, upgrades, and incident response

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience in a 3rd line network security role, handling complex troubleshooting and support
• Strong skills in at least one of the following: Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, or Checkpoint
• Ability to obtain SC Clearance (or already cleared)
• Comfortable working a rotating shift pattern, with night shifts fully remote and day shifts onsite (Mon-Fri)

Shift Pattern (DuPont Example):

The DuPont shift pattern provides a mix of day and night shifts, ensuring work-life balance with regular breaks. An example rotation could be:

• 4 Days On (in-office, Monday-Friday) = 3 Days Off
• 3 Nights On (remote) = 3 Days Off
• 3 Days On (in-office) = 1 Day Off

This cycle repeats every 4 weeks.
