Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced 3rd Line Network Support Engineer to join our team of support engineers. Your responsibilities will include providing operational support for enterprise environments, collaborating with the team to maintain remote infrastructure support and hosted applications.

Day-to-day Activities

1. Managing the Network Infrastructure
2. Patch Management
3. Network Monitoring
4. Upgrades and Maintenance

Additional Information

Candidates must undergo security clearance and be willing and eligible to do so. This role requires on-site presence in Gloucester Tewkesbury, 5 days a week. Remote working is not available due to the nature of the project.
