We are partnering with a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) that delivers comprehensive IT support and project services across multiple sectors. They are seeking an experienced 3rd Line Engineer to handle complex escalations, lead infrastructure projects, and mentor junior engineers.
You'll join a dynamic technical team, working with a wide range of technologies and customers, ensuring systems run smoothly and securely.
Provide 3rd line support for complex technical incidents and escalations
Design, implement and migrate infrastructure solutions (on-prem & cloud)
Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft environments (AD, Group Policy, Exchange, M365, Azure)
Manage backup, disaster recovery, and network solutions (firewalls, switches, VPNs)
Support project rollouts such as cloud migrations, Intune deployments, or security improvements
Document technical solutions and provide guidance to 1st/2nd line teams
Proven 3rd line / senior infrastructure support experience, ideally within an MSP
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper-V or VMware, O365, Azure, Intune & networking fundamentals
Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Relevant certifications (e.g. MS-100, AZ-104, CCNA) are a plus
