At the heart of my client’s technical operations is a dynamic and highly skilled IT Support and Project Engineer — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-driven Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. This role combines deep technical expertise with proactive leadership, solving complex problems daily and ensuring continuous service improvement.
You will support, design, and build systems, acting as the final escalation point for the 1st and 2nd line teams. Your insights and calm approach are vital when tackling tough issues.
Your weekly tasks may include project planning, site visits for network upgrades, or collaborating with sales on technical solutions. You should be comfortable communicating with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
This role emphasizes not only fixing problems but also preventing them through maintaining processes, monitoring, security, and efficiency improvements. You will document procedures, mentor colleagues, and contribute to internal training, all while ensuring excellent customer service and meeting SLAs.
