Job summary

Proactive Appointments is seeking a Third Line Infrastructure Engineer to join a busy IT Operations team in Bristol on a hybrid basis. You will provide third-line support across server, cloud, network and infrastructure environments.

The role focuses on Azure/Active Directory, automation with PowerShell, backups with Veeam or Arcserve, and collaboration with internal teams and suppliers. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting enterprise infrastructure across cloud, networking, and server technologies.
• Hands-on Azure and Active Directory administration.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience with backup solutions such as Veeam or Arcserve.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
