Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a 3rd Line Analyst - Application Packager to join Derby-based IT operations. You will package and configure software using MSIX, MSI, and App-V, ensuring compatibility across environments within Agile teams.

Strong scripting (PowerShell/VBScript) and MECM/Intune deployment experience are essential, with SC clearance eligibility expected. Join a collaborative, on-site team focused on high-profile customer delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on application packaging and scripting experience (PowerShell, VBScript, etc.)
• Expertise in MSI, App-V, MSIX technologies
• Strong experience with MECM/Intune deployment tools
• Solid understanding of application lifecycle management
• Agile/Scrum project experience
• Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders
• SC clearance eligibility

Responsibilities

• Packaging applications to agreed formats (MSIX, MSI, App-V) in line with customer standards
• Ensuring compatibility across environments and meeting defined quality benchmarks
• Collaborating within Agile/Scrum teams and contributing to continuous improvement
• Using PowerShell and scripting tools to automate and streamline processes
• Supporting deployment using MECM/Intune and understanding full application lifecycle
• Documenting processes and solutions to industry and customer standards
