Overview

We\'re hiring our first 3PL Strategy & Partnerships Manager - a pivotal new role that will shape the long-term commercial and operational foundations of Ocado\'s third-party logistics network. This is not a typical contract management role. You\'ll be accountable for £50m+ annual logistics spend and will act as Ocado\'s lead in building high-trust partnerships with 3PL providers, ensuring they deliver best-in-class service, cost efficiency, and innovation. You\'ll blend commercial contract management (open-book and closed-book) with strategic supply chain leadership - creating joint improvement plans, unlocking mutual growth opportunities, and embedding industry-leading practices that make Ocado\'s 3PL relationships a true competitive advantage. A full UK driving licence is essential, as you\'ll need to travel to partner and network locations.
