Job Purpose

Reporting to the Head of Contracts Management, the Contracts Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with managing our 3PL service partners. Ensuring all contractual obligations and standards are met concerning third-party logistics (3PL) services within the organization. You will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain network and design, ensuring smooth operational flow of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters and inquiries, responding promptly and courteously, striving to exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead routine meetings with 3PL service partners, setting agendas, documenting minutes, and distributing actions to stakeholders.
  • Reconcile weekly invoicing to ensure both purchase and sales of third-party services comply with contractual rates.
  • Monitor and evaluate contract performance, ensuring compliance with service levels, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, ensuring proper record-keeping and adherence to policies, managing stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  • Support cross-functional teams with reporting on process improvements and cost-saving initiatives, monitoring effectiveness.
  • Assist in documenting Supply Chain initiatives and business cases for internal approval.
  • Conduct reviews and audits to identify risks or non-compliance and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, technical, and legal teams to understand operational needs for new contracts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to 3PL contracts and apply this knowledge.
  • Undertake any additional duties as assigned.
