Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in Filton (hybrid) is seeking a 3DX Solution Architect - Design tools for Engineering to join the Product & Simulation team. You will lead the development of 3DExperience solutions for the future PLM Single Aisle program, focusing on Product Structure and System Installation.

The role requires proven experience in functional architecture and project delivery, a degree in engineering, and knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering and DMU.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of PLM, DMU, and Engineering IS will be advantageous.
• Experience with architecture and IT product design in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Participate in End-to-End PLM Portfolio within the SAFe environment and contribute to Portfolio Roadmap.
• Conduct discovery meetings to translate business needs into IT requirements.
• Define and document specifications for stakeholder review across the development lifecycle.
