We are seeking a proactive and skilled 3D Printing Technician, to join the cutting-edge Additive Manufacturing Team of a leading Formula One organization. This is your opportunity to be part of a high-performance environment where precision, speed, and innovation drive everything they do.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain advanced ADM machines to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
Process build platforms across all ADM systems.
Finish parts to a high standard of surface quality, ensuring they meet exacting specifications.
Prioritise tasks based on aerodynamic test plans and tight deadlines.
Support the smooth operation of the department by stepping into additional responsibilities when needed.
Communicate effectively with engineers and colleagues across the Aerodynamics Department.
Work flexibly across rotating shifts and adapt to project-specific requirements.
Maintain a professional, proactive attitude and represent the team positively.

What We re Looking For
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience with SLA Additive Manufacturing technology.
Strong technical understanding of additive manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced engineering environment.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality parts.
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
