Job Description:

Our client creates and delivers innovative, sustainable packaging solutions by having a fantastic team and providing outstanding service and quality, driving innovation, deploying the latest technology, and applying data intelligence.

They are seeking a commercially aware Account Director to manage the client relationship with a major FMCG client, acting as the key contact to ensure requests are delivered on time and in full. The role involves providing direction on innovation, value add, and value engineering projects, leading review forums, creating data reports, liaising with procurement and marketing, and managing a team to deliver projects.

The successful candidate will develop and implement client growth strategies, build strong relationships to understand client values, and promote excellent service. They will also focus on driving value, gross margin growth, and managing sales across all clients.

About you
