Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and creative 3D Marketing Artist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D visual assets to support the promotion and advertising of our game. You will collaborate closely with both the game development and marketing teams to create compelling key art that captures the essence of our brand, enhances the game's visibility, and engages our target audience.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality 3D assets—including characters, environments, props, and objects—specifically tailored for marketing use in trailers, promotional imagery, and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute visual strategies that align with the game's brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
- Create visually compelling trailers, teasers, and gameplay footage that effectively highlight the game’s key features, mechanics, and overall atmosphere.
- Produce standout key art, posters, banners, and other promotional materials for use across a range of platforms, including social media, websites, and digital storefronts.
- Optimize 3D assets for different media formats and technical requirements, ensuring consistency, performance, and high visual fidelity across all marketing materials.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continually elevate the quality and innovation of marketing visuals.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams—artists, designers, marketers, and developers—to ensure cohesive and brand-consistent visual representation in all promotional content.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, maintaining both artistic vision and technical excellence under tight timelines.
Requirements
- Proficiency in 3D software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender, with strong skills in texturing, lighting, rendering, and basic animation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D assets and marketing visuals, ideally in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and ability to create visually engaging content for target audiences.
- Sharp artistic sense with strong composition, color, and aesthetic judgment.
- Effective communicator and team player, comfortable working in cross-functional environments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut) is a plus.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Unity, Illustrator, After Effects, or related tools.
