Job summary

SER Limited is seeking a creative 3D & Graphic Designer to join our in-house team in a busy commercial and live events environment in Keighley. You will produce high-quality 3D visualisations, animations, graphics and print artwork for blue-chip clients, working with project managers on briefs and timelines.

The role blends creative design with technical production across 3D visualization, animation, print, video and presentations.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Nice to have 3D software experience (Cinema 4D or similar).
• Able to create high-quality 3D visuals, animations and print artwork.

Responsibilities

• Visualise events with Cinema 4D/Blender and create asset renders for proposals.
• Design and produce animated content using Adobe CC and 3D software.
• Create large-format print artwork and coordinate with print suppliers.
• Edit video and prepare PowerPoint/Keynote presentations.
• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

3D & Graphic Designer

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE

Location: Keighley (Office-Based)

Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5:00pm | 30-minute lunch

Overtime: Rare, when required

Overview

We're looking for a creative and technically minded 3D & Graphic Designer to join an in-house creative team within a busy commercial and live events environment.

Working closely with Project Management, you'll help bring technical event proposals and concepts to life through high-quality 3D visualisations, animations, graphic content and print artwork for a range of blue-chip clients.

This is a varied role suited to a designer who enjoys combining creative design with technical skills, working across 3D visualisation, animation, print, video and presentations. The Project Manager will provide the client brief and requirements, allowing you to focus on developing and delivering the creative work.

Responsibilities

• Visualise forthcoming events using Cinema 4D and/or Blender, alongside asset creation in Adobe Creative Cloud, including still renders, fly-through animations and VR environments where required.
• Assist Project Managers with event proposal designs and concepts.
• Design and create animated content using Adobe Creative Cloud and Cinema 4D/Blender.
• Design and prepare large-format print artwork, including working with print suppliers to arrange production and delivery of printed goods.
• Carry out video editing and conversion tasks, as well as creating PowerPoint and Keynote presentations.
• Work on multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of design, organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of 3D software, such as Maxon's Cinema 4D or similar.
• Creativity, an eye for design and the ability to work with different client brands.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interpret briefs.
• Willingness to learn a wide variety of skills to fulfil the role. Training will be provided where necessary.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Good organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of Windows and/or Mac systems.
• Willingness to work unsociable hours when required.
• An interest in live event production.
