3D Designer & Brand Design Planner – Contract (Hybrid) | Luxury Brand

We’re hiring for two Mid-Weight strategic creative contract roles with a world-class in-house brand team:

• A 3D Designer to translate brand into physical product and spatial experiences
• A Brand Design Planner (Producer) to structure creative projects for seamless delivery across multidisciplinary teams

Both roles are contract-based, hybrid (2–3 days onsite in Warwickshire), Inside IR35, and run through to 31 March 2026. Must be local to the area and a driver.

Role 1: 3D Designer

You’ll design real-world physical expressions of a luxury brand across branded infrastructure, EV charging equipment, furniture, and accessory design from concept through to production-ready detail.

Must-have experience:

• 3D design across multiple physical product categories (not just one niche)
• Alias, Rhino, Blender, and KeyShot
• Understanding of form, function, materials, and manufacturing
• Unreal Engine ( but not required)
• Experience collaborating across design disciplines and time zones
• Background in both agency and corporate settings

• Role 2: Brand Design Planner (Producer)

  You’ll manage the upfront structuring of brand design programmes, converting briefs into resourced, timed plans that guide creative delivery.

  Must-have experience:

  • Producer or planning experience across multidisciplinary creative teams
  • Ability to turn strategy into actionable project frameworks
  • Stakeholder communication and scheduling confidence
  • Familiarity with Wrike, Workfront, or MS Project
  • Project experience within agency and/or in-house brand environments
  • Comfortable managing delivery across teams, cultures, and global locations
