Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Designer/Artist with fluency in Chinese to join our visual design team in the iGaming industry. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating visually stunning 3D assets for online casino games, slots, and promotional visuals. You will work with a cross-functional team of animators, game designers, and developers to deliver high-quality artwork tailored for global and Chinese-speaking markets.

You will be responsible for:

• Design and model 3D characters, environments, props, and visual effects for casino and slot games.
• Collaborate with art directors and game designers to ensure visual consistency across projects.
• Optimize 3D models for performance across mobile and desktop platforms.
• Work closely with animators to ensure assets are ready for animation and implementation.
• Adapt designs to cater to the aesthetic preferences of Chinese-speaking markets.
• Ensure visual assets meet technical and quality standards required for iGaming platforms.
• Research trends in both the global and Chinese gaming markets to inspire fresh, innovative designs.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a 3D Designer/3D Artist in gaming, iGaming, animation, or related industries.
• Strong skills in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering using Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in creating both high-poly and low-poly models.
• Understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and color theory.
• Experience with casino or slot game asset design is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), with good communication skills in English.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D design work in games or digital entertainment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for Asian or Chinese-themed casino games.
• Skills in creating particle effects, shaders, or UI visual assets.
• Knowledge of animation workflows and asset integration.
