We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Designer to join a fast-paced, design-led manufacturing and production environment. With over 30 years of industry excellence behind the team, this is a fantastic opportunity to bring concepts to life through stunning 3D visualisations and immersive animations.

Job Title: 3D Designer

Location: Godstone – Must be a driver due to location, parking onsite.
Salary: £38,000 - £43,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of high-quality 3D visualisations and photorealistic renders using Cinema 4D (experience with Redshift or Octane highly desirable).
• Support concept development and creative thinking across diverse retail and product environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with client objectives and manufacturing capabilities.
• Create compelling visuals and design rationales for client presentations.
• Take initiative with R&D work—exploring new materials, modular systems, and emerging technologies such as micro-market formats.
• Translate 2D sketches and CAD drawings into polished, production-ready 3D outputs.

Requirements

Skills, Experience & Attributes:

• 3–5 years’ experience in a 3D design or product/retail environment, ideally within an agency or multi-sector setting.
• Proficient in Cinema 4D with strong rendering skills (Octane or Redshift).
• Working knowledge of Fusion 360 or other CAD software is highly advantageous.
• Comfortable producing presentation-ready visuals and animations with minimal direction.
• Strong sense of scale, layout, and an understanding of how designs translate into real-world fabrication.
• Degree in 3D/Product Design or a similar field.
• A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
• Strong communicator, able to explain design rationale clearly and confidently.
• Self-motivated and confident managing projects independently while being a valuable team collaborator.
