Job summary

SpAItial is seeking a 3D Content Creator & Social Lead to showcase its Physically-grounded World Models. You will turn model outputs into polished 3D prototypes, captures, and short-form videos for a broad audience.

You will own SpAItial’s organic channels across X, LinkedIn, and YouTube, shaping content strategy, cadence, and the audience you build. Collaborate with researchers and engineers to translate early outputs into memorable artefacts, and drive engagement through hands-on production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in 3D content creation or related field.
• Impressive reel of polished 3D videos, captures, and prototypes.
• Track record of growing an audience or engagement through own work.
• Strong visual judgement to frame and present model outputs clearly.
• Confident video production skills for multiple social formats.
• High ownership and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow organic social across X, LinkedIn, and YouTube with cadence and quality.
• Create 3D content from model outputs and products into clear stories.
• Produce weekly short-form clips, demos, launch films, and tutorials.
• Prototype new use cases and inventive workflows with emerging tools.
• Manage community, respond to comments, and build creator relationships.
