A BIT ABOUT US:
A new fully-funded game studio with a team of veteran founders.

THE MISSION
As a hands-on 3D Character Artist, you will contribute to designing and developing a new IP. This is a remote position available worldwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the creation and delivery of character models and pipelines.
• Create high-quality models for characters, creatures, bosses, and other in-game assets.
• Collaborate with creative teams to define the look of the game world.
• Maintain high-quality standards to meet AAA asset performance levels.
• Contribute innovative ideas and provide feedback during game development.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Character Artist in the entertainment industry.
• Experience with at least two shipped AAA games.
• Expertise in human and animal anatomy.
• Proficiency in Maya/Max/Zbrush and Photoshop (or equivalents).
• Passion for gaming!

DESIRABLE

• Familiarity with Unreal Engine 4.
• Experience creating stylized characters.
• Knowledge of Substance Painter, Substance Designer, or 3DCoat.
• Experience working with distributed teams across time zones.

PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENTS

• Include links to demo reel and portfolio.
• Showcase Hard Surface and Soft Body characters.
• Include at least one stylized character example.
