Enisca Browne, part of Browne Group, is seeking a Senior BIM / 3D CAD Technician to lead the Design Team on major water and wastewater projects. You will drive BIM and 3D CAD processes, develop high‑quality models, coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, and guide a team of technicians to deliver integrated designs.

We're looking for a Senior BIM / 3D CAD Technician to take a leading role within our Design Team, driving the implementation and coordination of BIM and 3D CAD processes across major water and wastewater treatment projects. In this position, you'll oversee the development of high-quality 3D models and digital designs while managing a team of BIM/CAD technicians, ensuring every output meets project, technical, regulatory, and client expectations. You will champion BIM standards, coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, support clash detection and design reviews, and maintain the integrity of design data throughout the project lifecycle. With advanced expertise in digital design tools, you will guide the team in producing accurate, efficient, and integrated models that enhance collaboration, innovation, and holistic project delivery. Please note that this role requires you to be in the office or on site at least 3 times a week. The weekly contractual hours for this role is 40 hours.
