Job summary

VINCI Building UK is seeking an ambitious BIM Modeller to join our teams across education, healthcare and commercial sectors in Watford. You will develop 3D digital models and visuals using Revit and related tools to support projects, tenders and client presentations.

Collaborating with planners and project managers to produce 4D sequences, coordinate models, and support coordination with BIM tools like Synchro, Navisworks and BIMCollab; flexibility for hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Fluent in BIM software tools used for 3D modelling and visualisation.
• Understanding of 4D modelling and construction sequencing.
• Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach.
• Basic BIM model coordination process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D digital models and visual imagery using Revit to support projects and tender submissions.
• Produce presentable outputs for tenders, method statements, and client presentations.
• Create construction sequence modelling (Synchro) to support projects and submissions.
• Work with planners and project managers to develop detailed 4D models.
• Support BIM Coordinator during coordination process if needed.
