An exciting opportunity has arisen for a QualityImprovement (QI) Facilitator to join our QI team. This is a great opportunity for someone wholikes working closely with frontline staff and making a difference to patientsand staff using a structured improvement methodology.

The QI Facilitator will work closely with the Clinical Leadfor QI and the QI Lead to enthuse and lead individuals and teams to deploy QImethodology into everyday improvement projects and fully embed QI within theorganisation.

Main duties of the job

You will inspire an interest inquality improvement approaches by having a communication style that motivates andenables. Working alongside multidisciplinary staff you will develop and embedquality improvement by leading teams in improvement work which aligns to theTrusts strategic objectives and priorities.

You will deliver teaching andknowledge transfer to support the roll out of quality improvement initiativesand contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across the whole trust. Usingyour analytical skills to assess and validate data which may containconflicting information and use your engagement skills to continually questioncomplex data without delaying the improvement cycles. Your ability tointerpret and complete comparison of the data to understand trends and how thiswould support tests of change is pivotal in taking improvements forward and assuch you will have to juggle conflicting demands and prioritise tasks.
