Position Summary: We are seeking an energetic, passionate Full-Time Retail Artist who loves clean, luxury beauty. Your role will be to educate clients on Gucci Westman’s makeup philosophy while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing welcoming, personalized, professional service to all customers
• Assisting customers with product selection and application
• Offering shade recommendations and supporting product choices
• Staying updated on Westman Atelier products and education
• Participating in training sessions and applying learnings on the job
• Practicing proper hygiene guidelines during product demonstrations
• Maintaining effective clienteling and follow-up
• Achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Reporting out-of-stock items and ensuring timely replenishment
• Keeping the counter and testers clean

Requirements include previous retail experience, preferably in beauty, makeup artistry, or luxury skincare, a passion for clean, luxury beauty, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and events.
