Location: London, UK
Length: TBC
Rate: £ 33.65 – £41.80 (Inside IR35)
Hours: 40 hours per week

Overview:

This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to interviewing, feedback, and extending offers—across various levels and global business teams. A key focus is on building diverse talent pipelines and fostering inclusive hiring practices.

The recruiter will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (talent teams, hiring managers, HR, finance) to create strategic hiring plans, guide stakeholders on recruitment best practices, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. Accurate data tracking and system usage are essential for reporting and transparency.

Creativity in sourcing, a strong alignment with Airbnb’s mission, and professionalism in representing the brand are also emphasized.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and drive a full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview, feedback and offers for all levels of candidates from entry to senior level.
  2. Build pipeline for multiple requisitions across business teams and geographies, consider diversity and the importance of balanced candidate slates.
  3. Drive inclusion through building diverse pipelines at top of the funnel.
  4. Partner with talent partners, hiring managers, HR operations and finance to build hiring strategy and plan.
  5. Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on process, interview best practices, and decision making.
  6. Provide exceptional candidate experiences. Create new ways to surprise and delight candidates as they go through our interview process.
  7. Accurately track candidate data and use systems correctly to be able to report to the business.
  8. Find the best, brightest and most passionate people for Airbnb using new and creative ways to find and engage them.
  9. Represent Airbnb with integrity and professionalism. Speak passionately and authentically about Airbnb and our mission.

Skills & Experience:

  1. 5 – 7+ years full cycle recruiting experience is required.
  2. Experience recruiting in high volume, general & administrative functions is a plus.
  3. Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly.
  5. Well-developed analytical and influencing skills.
  6. Demonstrates a positive, can do attitude. Receives feedback well and looks to constantly improve and grow.
  7. Comfortable working with a high degree of ambiguity.
  8. Ability to be patient and communicate respectfully in a fast paced environment.
  9. Strong organizational and planning skills and a solutions orientation.
  10. Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
  11. High-level of self-initiative, creativity, perseverance, and flexibility.
