Overview

Our client is a global recruitment business who focus on construction, infrastructure, energy, power, and renewables sectors. They are part of a Fortune 500 business listed on the US Stock Exchange with a global office network. They are seeking an experienced principal recruiter to join their team and assist in winning business and filling jobs.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Placing candidates into established and newly developed accounts
  • Working on contract and permanent vacancies
  • Interviewing and registering suitable candidates
  • Ensuring all candidates undergo a "best candidate" experience
  • Working to pre agreed financial objectives
  • Arranging candidate interviews
  • Attending industry networking events
  • Being involved in business development
  • Mentoring and assisting with junior staff members
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience of working as a senior recruitment consultant within the energy, engineering, or data centre verticals
  • Experience of engaging with senior level stakeholders
  • Experience of winning new business and able to demonstrate successful billing figures
  • Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player who is self-motivated and driven
  • Happy to be on the telephone speaking to candidates and clients
  • Able to attend networking events as and when required
