Our client is a global recruitment business who focus on construction, infrastructure, energy, power, and renewables sectors. They are part of a Fortune 500 business listed on the US Stock Exchange with a global office network. They are seeking an experienced principal recruiter to join their team and assist in winning business and filling jobs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Placing candidates into established and newly developed accounts
- Working on contract and permanent vacancies
- Interviewing and registering suitable candidates
- Ensuring all candidates undergo a "best candidate" experience
- Working to pre agreed financial objectives
- Arranging candidate interviews
- Attending industry networking events
- Being involved in business development
- Mentoring and assisting with junior staff members
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience of working as a senior recruitment consultant within the energy, engineering, or data centre verticals
- Experience of engaging with senior level stakeholders
- Experience of winning new business and able to demonstrate successful billing figures
- Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player who is self-motivated and driven
- Happy to be on the telephone speaking to candidates and clients
- Able to attend networking events as and when required
- Ambitious and able to help develop junior recruiters
