We’re looking for experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our team. What we’re looking for:

  • A proven track record in a 360 recruitment role – ideally within Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, Commercial, or similar technical sectors
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop new business and nurture client relationships
  • A results-driven mindset with the resilience, motivation, and professionalism to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a consultative, client-first approach
Your responsibilities
  • End-to-end management of both contract and permanent recruitment processes
  • Driving business development through cold calling, networking, and client meetings
  • Building and managing long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Writing and managing job adverts, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
  • Conducting interviews, screening candidates, and managing offers/negotiations
  • Managing aftercare for placed candidates, including contractor support and relationship building
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of the Energy sector and the technical disciplines we support
