Overview

We're Hiring: 360 Industrial Recruitment Consultant - Doncaster

Are you an ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultant with proven 360 experience? We're expanding our Industrial division in Doncaster and are looking for a results-driven professional to take on this exciting opportunity.

Details

Location: Doncaster

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

On-Call: 1 in 3 weeks (rota basis)

Requirements: Must hold a full UK driving licence and have own transport

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience, with an attractive bonus and commission structure

Responsibilities
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle: business development, client relationship management, and candidate sourcing.
  • Placing temporary and permanent candidates across the industrial sector, including warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing.
  • Conducting client visits, building strong partnerships, and ensuring service levels are consistently exceeded.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong candidate database, utilising a variety of sourcing methods.
  • Taking part in an on-call rota (1 week in 3), providing support to both clients and candidates outside core hours.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous 360 recruitment experience - industrial sector preferred (warehousing, logistics, manufacturing).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive and resilient approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle - essential for client visits.
