Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is currently seeking a 360 Excavator Operator for an ongoing project in Norwich. You will operate a 360 excavator to support road upgrades and civils works, ensuring tasks are carried out safely and efficiently.

The role requires holding a CPCS or NPORS 360 ticket with an essential lifting operations endorsement. Previous highway project experience and full PPE are expected, with references provided on request.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket (required).
• Lifting Operations endorsement is essential.
• Experience on highways or road improvement projects preferred.
• Full PPE available on site.
• Ability to provide recent work references.

Location: Norwich

Duration: Ongoing

Rate: £23 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

We are currently seeking an experienced 360 Excavator Operator to join our client on a major road upgrade project in Norwich. Working with a leading civils subcontractor, you will be supporting road surfacing and associated groundwork on a long‑term project.
