3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a 360 Operator for a construction project in Milford Haven. You will operate a 360 excavator, perform site duties, and maintain safety on a busy site.

Ideal candidates hold a valid CPCS/NPORS ticket, have experience on construction sites, and comply with PPE and ID requirements. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork on a PAYE Umbrella arrangement.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CPCS or NPORS ticket for 360 Excavator.
• Experience operating a 360 excavator on construction sites.
• Hardworking, reliable and driven.
• Must have valid ID/Passport and full PPE for site.
• Strong focus on safety and responsible plant operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 360 excavator safely to perform excavation, digging, loading and material movement.
• Carry out pre-start and daily safety checks on the excavator.
• Safely excavate trenches, foundations, footings and other areas as instructed by Site Management.
• Load and move materials such as soil, rubble, aggregates and other site materials.
• Operate the excavator around obstacles, confined spaces and busy construction sites.
• Work safely around other plant, machinery, vehicles and site personnel.
• Carry out routine checks and report defects or issues promptly.
• Follow site rules, safety regulations and operating procedures.
• Perform all site duties as instructed by Site Management.
• Maintain a clean, professional working environment at all times.
• Carry out all work in accordance with industry health and safety standards.

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

• Operate a 360 excavator safely and efficiently to carry out excavation, digging, loading, and material-moving duties.
• Conduct thorough pre-start and daily safety checks on the excavator before operation.
• Safely excavate trenches, foundations, footings, and other areas as instructed by the Site Management Team.
• Load and move materials such as soil, rubble, aggregates, and other site materials.
• Operate the excavator around obstacles, confined spaces, and busy construction sites.
• Work safely around other plant, machinery, vehicles, and site personnel.

• Follow all site rules, safety regulations, and operating procedures.
• Perform all required duties on site as instructed by the Site Management Team.

Requirements:
