Job summary

McGinley Support Services Infrastructure Ltd is seeking an experienced 360 excavator operator to work on-site on a civil engineering project. You will operate a 360-degree excavator safely and efficiently, digging trenches and foundations, loading materials, and demolishing structures as required.

You should have prior 360 operator experience, a CPCS/NPORS/CSCS ticket, and a strong team ethic. You will follow site manager instructions, wear PPE, and communicate clearly with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a 360 excavator on construction sites.
• CPCS/NPORS/CSCS certification or equivalent.
• Strong teamwork and a proactive safety mindset.
• Ability to take direction from the site manager and work independently when required.

The company:

A well established regional contractor who specialises in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure.

The role:

On site your main role would be to operate a 360-degree excavator safely and efficiently. This involves tasks like

• Digging trenches and foundations


• Loading and unloading materials


• Demolishing existing structures

About you:

Ideally you will have previous working experience in a 360 Operator position

You will be conscious of health and safety on site and will be weary of others who are working alongside of you.

You will arrive on time, finish your shift at the times allocated by the site manager and complete additional duties as and when the site manager requires.

To be successful in your application for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

Previous experience in a 360 Excavator

You will have a CPCS or NPORS/CSCS

Strong work ethic in a team

Be approachable and happy to work as a point of contact when working in a standalone position.
