Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a 360 Excavator Operator for a major construction project in York, starting next week. This long-term contract offers steady, continuous work for the right candidate.

You will safely operate 360 excavators on-site, carry out bulk excavation, drainage and foundations, and coordinate with groundworkers and site managers. A CPCS or NPORS card and 2–3+ years' experience are required, plus the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Certification: Valid CPCS or NPORS card (360 Above/Below 10 Tonnes).
• Minimum 2-3+ years of proven experience operating a 360 excavator on commercial or civil projects.
• Full site PPE and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of 360 excavators on-site.
• Carrying out bulk excavation, deep drainage, foundations, and site levelling.
• Working closely with groundworkers and site managers according to site plans.
• Conducting daily pre-use inspections and basic maintenance on the machine.
• Adhering strictly to site health and safety protocols.
