Qualifications

• Valid CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) card or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience operating 360 Excavators within a civil engineering environment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Flexibility to work across multiple sites throughout Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators and other heavy machinery to perform excavation tasks on civils projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate excavation activities.
• Interpret site plans and specifications to execute excavation work accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
