Job summary

Structure Recruitment is seeking an experienced 360 excavator operator for a 4-day site assignment in Dartford, Kent. The role includes dismantling a fire-damaged outbuilding containing asbestos and requires a valid asbestos CAT B certificate, CPCS/NPORS below 10T, and proven experience with demolition projects.

Daily rate is £180–£200, with 8 hours paid for each day. Start date is Tuesday 22nd September; PPE and reference checks are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a construction 360 operator (below 10T) is essential.
• Asbestos awareness CAT B certificate required (or equivalent).
• Blue CPCS preferred but Red and NPORS accepted.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle a small outbuilding with asbestos-containing materials, ensuring safe removal.
• Make safe and strip asbestos, then dismantle remaining structure in accordance with safety rules.

360 Excavator Operator (5T machine) required in Dartford

4 day contract Tuesday 22nd to Friday 25th September

Must have CPCS or NPORS below 10T Valid Machine Ticket

Must have ASBESTOS AWARNESS CAT B Certificate (Practical assessment completed for CAT B)

• NON-LICENSABLE WORK WITH ASBESTOS INCLUDING NNLW
• OR
• CATEGORY B WORK WITH NON-LICENSED ASBESTOS MATERIALS

Job Description: Dismantling a small outbuilding holding 2 freezers that have been fire damaged. The roof contains asbestos sheeting and the freezers contain asbestos. Make safe, strip asbestos and dismantle the remaining building.

Location: Dartford, Kent

£180-£200 per day

Start: Tuesday 22nd September

Hours: 8am - 4pm (8 hours signed off a full day worked)

Duration: 4 Days

Must have proven experience working as a construction 360 Operator (below 10T)

Previous experience working with demolition companies on jobs including the safe removal of asbestos preferred.

Blue CPCS preferred but Red and NPORS also accepted.
