Job summary

Hays Recruitment are seeking an experienced 10 tonne 360 excavator operator for a well-established groundwork contractor in Petersfield. Immediate start with work continuing through to November, on a busy site with weekly pay via Hays.

The role involves trenching, foundations, drainage and ducting support, and loading materials while maintaining safety around live services. Reliable and with references available upon request.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS A58 or NPORS N202 360 Excavator ticket.
• Groundworks or civils experience preferred.
• Full PPE is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 10 tonne 360 excavator.
• Dig trenches and foundations.
• Assist drainage and ducting works.
• Load dumpers and move materials around site.
• Work safely around live services and other operatives.
• Carry out daily machine checks and maintenance.

• Daily machine checks and maintenance

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS A58 or NPORS N202 360 Excavator ticket
• Previous groundworks or civils experience
• Full PPE
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• References available upon request
